WHAT - we hear you asking - is a Beerenauslese? It is wine made from very ripe and sweet grapes. It is a costly means of producing wine - we think you will love the results! Heidi’s version has a sweetness balanced perfectly by a crisp acidty. A real treat in a beautiful bottle.

Heidi Schröck took over her family’s 10 hectare estate in 1983, in the famous village of Rust, Burgenland. Her south-east facing vineyards along the western banks of Lake Neusiedl form a semi-amphitheatre, which provides considerably more sunlight hours compared to the rest of Austria. Heidi sustainably cultivates the classic Austrian varieties including Zweigelt.
