Made from fully sun-ripened pears matured for several months in Prinz wooden barrels. A fruity, unmistakenly aromatic distillate is created in the double firing process, which is then stored in fine-pored earthenware for several years. There is can unfold under optimal conditions before it goes into the wooden barrel for a taseful finish. Prinz then refine the mild schnapps with natural fruit extracts - the final touch before tasting!
