Stroh 80 Inländer Rum

Alcohol content: 80% ABV

Volume: 50cl

Made from dark-brown, viscid sugar-cane molasses, Stroh has an unmistakable aroma. Expect a distinct vanilla, almond and cinnamon aroma as well as a pleasant smoky note and a hint of cherry to the aftertaste. You will know it better for how it transforms cakes and pastries into a truly Austrian culinary experience. Our Omi (grandma) always has a bottle at the ready when baking and taught us to use it in Apftelstruddle (Apple strudel) and Sacherschnitten (Sacher cake). We also use it as a base for a sweet spiced cocktail.
