Omi never ate Schweinsbraten (Austrian-style) - it was very much an Opa dish. Rich, full of flavour and warming. This packet makes it easy! Suggested recipe below!

Serving Suggestion

  1. Pat 1.5kg pork belly (with rind) down to dry, rub with (Austrian) mustard, grated garlic, caraway seeds, pepper and the seasoning pack
  2. Leave to marrinade for 12 hours
  3. Roast in the over at 150° C for about an hour. Then turn it up to 220° C for a further 10 minutes to make the rind nice and crispy!
  4. Slice and serve. We suggest you serve it withyour favourite potatoe recipe!
