The unique flavor and slightly resinous notes make this fine pine schnapps an exceptional specialty. The fragrant pine cones are harvested in early summer from trees up to 25 meters tall in the high Alpine mountains. They are painstakingly picked (by climbing), freshly crushed, and macerated in alcohol. After distillation and several months of aging, this delicious schnapps is produced. A rare speciality. This is our favourite for hip flasks or after a long walk.

The nose of our Gentian Schnapps has earthy tones typical of the variety. On the palate, it reveals a powerful, spicy flavour with aromatic bitter notes. Long-lasting on the finish, it has a digestion-stimulating effect and is excellently suited as a digestif or simply for enjoyment between meals.

Enjoyment recommendation: Enjoy Gentian Schnapps in a Schnapps Glass at a temperature of between 17 and 20 °C.
